A Halifax native, Tiffany Cheverie (née Robertson) received her Bachelor of Arts with High Honours from St. Thomas University in 2007, with a focus in Psychology and Human Rights. In 2010 she graduated with her Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor from the Dalhousie Schulich School of Law.
As a member of the Burchells Litigation Practice Group, Tiffany practices general civil litigation primarily acting for insurers in personal injury, property, long term disability, and other insurance coverage claims. Tiffany has previous work experience in mediation and conflict resolution and has a keen interest in the alternative dispute resolution process. Inside the firm Tiffany has been an active mentor for newer lawyers and dedicated her time to our articling program.
Tiffany is interested in volunteerism, musical theatre, CBC Radio, international cuisine and swimming. In her spare time, Tiffany can be found camping at Louis Lake as a Brownie leader for Girl Guides of Canada. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family at Sherbrooke Lake.
Tiffany is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers and Nova Scotia Insurance Women’s Association.
