The Ulnooweg organization provides tailored business services to Indigenous communities in Atlantic Canada, offering economic development-related assistance to clients in all four Atlantic provinces. As part of that mandate, each year Ulnooweg sponsors an awards celebration recognizing the hard work of deserving Indigenous entrepreneurs throughout the region.
Burchells is delighted to share in partner Garnet Brooks' honour, as a finalist for 2022 Male Entrepreneur of the Year. The nomination recognizes Garnet's efforts and success in building, marketing and servicing a thriving private legal practice at Burchells.
Winners will be announced on September 14 as part of the 11th annual Indigenous Entrepreneur Awards Show, in Miramichi, New Brunswick.
