Today Burchells partner D. Bruce Clarke, Q.C. was awarded the 2015 Outstanding Volunteer Award by the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
Bankruptcy and insolvency have been core areas of Bruce's practice for over 30 years. In addition to his work for insolvency practitioners, Bruce has also volunteered as the Bar's representative on the Nova Scotia Supreme Court Justices’ Committee on Bankruptcy and Insolvency issues.
This is the first time CAIRP's annual Outstanding Volunteer Award has been given to a non-member of the Association. Congratulations, Bruce, on this well-earned recognition.
