Introducing Burchells' newest partners: Jason Cooke and Denny Pickup.
Jason has distinguished himself in civil litigation and administrative law, assisting clients ina wide range of commercial, professional liability, employment and Aboriginal rights cases. His administrative law practice includes judicial review, transportation, expropriation and human rights. Jason is active in the community and currently serves as President of the Mayflower Curling Club in Halifax.
Denny has a fully bilingual business law practice with a special focus on end-to-end services for small business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs. He also provides real estate and estate planning advice, and regularly acts on behalf of businesses, lenders and borrowers in credit disputes.
