Burchells is again playing to win in the March of Dimes' annual "Rock for Dimes: Battle of the Law Firm Bands," this year set for Thursday, October 25 at the Cunard Centre in Halifax. "The Goldilocks Effect" -- Burchells' own Derek Simon, Brian Awad, Jonathan Saumier, Theo MacIntosh and David Hutt -- will face off against rock bands from other firms and legal organizations in a Rocky Horror Halloween Dance Bash to end all dance bashes. This great event raises money for March of Dimes Canada, enhancing the independence and community participation of children with physical disabilities. Burchells supports March of Dimes and has been involved in the battle of the bands since it began.
